Oregon State mandates that notary fees do not exceed $10 per signature. My general notary work prices combine notary fees allowed in the State of Oregon and convenience/travel fees (as listed below). I base my travel fees on the State per-mile adjustment (065.5 per mile) and distance traveled from Astoria Oregon to your chosen location.

I allow a 15 minute grace period before signing begins. I charge $1 per minute after the grace period ends.

ADDITIONAL FEE INFORMATION:
When I travel for services, one signature is included in the flat travel rate.
**Additional signatures are $10 per signature. Quotes for fees are subject to change and adjusted if there are more signatures than initially disclosed at the time of appointment**
if you have need for any additional services, such as loan signing, a quote is required as these prices vary with the different types of signings.
