Driver license, ID card, US or Foreign Passport, Military ID card issued by a federally recognized government.
The signer must be in possession of the document requiring notarization and all blank lines must be completed before the appointment. You must not sign the document before our appointment, as I must witness your signature.
Make sure that the spelling of your name is correct on all documents and that it matches the ID you bring to prove your identity.
Please make sure that if witnesses are required for your document, those arrangements have been made prior to our meeting.
